A few years ago, we recognized the need to begin developing leaders within the body at New City Church. We already had systems in place for training and equipping, but we knew then we needed to be more intentional. One of the results of that intentional focus is our Leadership Cohorts.

It really isn’t that hard for me to talk about prayer. It’s incredibly hard for me to sustain prayer in a way that is free and conversational.

Everyone wants to be cared for. It is innate. We were created for caring and being cared for. So it is only right when care is lacking to feel alone and maybe even unwanted.
