MC Leader Training
What is MC Leader Training?
Missional Community (MC) Leader Training is an 8-week training that prepares future leaders to plant new MCs or return to their current MC as a more equipped MC leader, co-leader, or core family member.
MCs are vital to our Mission, Vision, & Strategy at New City Church! Our vision for seeing the gospel transform everything within our reach will come to be as we live on mission by helping others live in light of the gospel! Our strategy for living out this calling is by living as a Family of Missionary Servants, disciples making disciples. The primary place we do this is MCs!
Given the importance of MCs to our Mission, Vision, & Strategy, it is vital that we have solid and well-equipped leadership! The training of MC Leader candidates has already begun in the life of their MC. Their love for their MC family, their heart for mission, and their desire to use their gifts for the good of the MC has already been recognized and encouraged!
We use the Saturate Field Guide by Jeff Vanderstelt & Ben Connelly (provided to all participants) and supplemental materials.
We currently offer two trainings a year, in the Spring & Fall. Childcare is provided.
