Praying for the nations...

When we look into the future, we see an entire world transformed! Every tongue, tribe, and nation gathered together in worship of the King. Of course that's not our unique vision, that is the picture that God paints for us of His future, when Christ returns to fully and finally redeem and restore. He invites us, shapes us, equips us, empowers us and resources us, as His church to be a part in seeing this vision come to be - it is our mission.

Our desire, even before our first gathering, has been to see the gospel transform not only ourselves and our church but even our city and the world.

In recent months, God has seen fit to send us a number of people who believe in and are committed to His mission to reach the world. We are excited that three of those have stepped up to help New City Church Macon and New City Church Milledgeville take our next steps in world missions.

Would you pray with me for Seth Ralston, Caleb Bedingfield and Hanna Kaler (soon to be Bedingfield) as they begin the process of talking with missionaries and seeking the best partnership for those far away and for New City Church? Pray that God would connect them and us to the place(s) and people that we could best serve. Pray that our people and resources might be multiplied to shatter darkness and change forevermore.
